Pilates:

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance. The reformer is a piece of resistance exercise equipment. It consists of a Platform that moves back and forth along a carriage. Resistance is provided by the exerciser's body weight and by springs attached to the carriage and platform. Level 1 Classes are geared to those new to Pilates. Level 2 Classes are geared to those who have had some experience in Pilates. Reformer Classes are limited to 4 participants.

Yoga:

The practice of yoga gently stretches, strengthens and opens the body, resulting in greater flexibility, energy, relaxation as well as stillness of mind.  Yoga can begin at any fitness level and is beneficial for all ages. Classes are offered for beginners as well as those who are more experienced.  Join a class today to see and feel how yoga can help you be fit for life.

Tabata:

Is a timed high intensity style workout using a variety of tools like your own body weight, kettlebells, TRX, stability balls and more. Great sweat in a short period of time!!

Pilates Reformer / Mat Level 1:

A gentle class designed for those with joint or mobility issues.

Fusion:

A mat workout warming up with some basic yoga movements followed by strong pilates series. The yoga stretches at the end promotes deep relaxation.

Dynamic Core Stability:

This is not your average core class! Building a strong and stable core requires more than just abdominal exercises. We will use dynamic exercises that work your entire trunk and extremites. We do some work in standing, and some work on the floor on mats. It can of course always be modified to accomodate your fitness level.
