Pilates:

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance. The reformer is a piece of resistance exercise equipment. It consists of a Platform that moves back and forth along a carriage. Resistance is provided by the exerciser's body weight and by springs attached to the carriage and platform. Level 1 Classes are geared to those new to Pilates. Level 2 Classes are geared to those who have had some experience in Pilates. Reformer Classes are limited to 4 participants.

Pilates Reformer / Mat Level 1:

A gentle class designed for those with joint or mobility issues.

HITT/Trail Fit:

Is a timed high intensity style workout using a variety of tools like your own body weight, kettlebells, TRX, stability balls and more. Great sweat in a short period of time!! Classes are held at Fit for Life Physiotherapy or Hidden Valley Park weather permitting.

Fusion:

A blend of yoga flow and mat Pilates bring the best of both practices together.

SPECIALTY WORKSHOPS COMING THIS FALL!  YOGA FOR OSTEOPOROSIS, YOGA FOR CHRONIC PAIN, REST AND RELAX FRIDAYS, AND MORE!
