Ally obtained her Master's in Physiotherapy from McMaster university in 2022. Prior to this, she recieved her Bachelor's of Health Sciences from Western University in 2020. 

As a former dancer and instructor, Ally has a special interest in orthopaedic injuries and is passionate about exercise and patient centred care. She is also committed to continuing education to stay up to date on best current evidence and uses a combination of exercise prescription, manual therapy and education in her sessions with patients. 

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, painting, and spending time with friends and family.
