Nutrition Counselling |
Nutrition is an important part of our health and well being, and there is so much conflicting information out there that it can be hard to know who to trust and what advice to follow.
It can be even more complicated to figure out what advice to follow when you’re trying to manage a health condition.
Nutrition doesn’t have to be overwhelming or complicated - Registered Dietitians can help you figure out what will work best for you!
Registered Dietitians are trained food and nutrition experts. They translate scientific, medical and nutrition evidence into practical information to help individuals support their health through nutrition.
What is Nutrition Counselling?
The primary focus of nutrition counselling is education and strategizing. Our Registered Dietitian will help you explore your patterns, and then guides you towards diet changes that will help you reach your goals.
The purpose of these sessions is to provide you with the tools to shape your own eating patterns and meal plans in a long term way. Sample meal plans may also be provided, but the focus is helping you develop the skills to be successful long term.
