Massage Therapy
There’s no shortage of things that cause tension and stress in today’s world, and it can be hard to slow down. Sometimes our bodies need a break and some help to recover. That’s exactly what massage therapy can provide for you. Massage therapy can also be a useful treatment approach to support your physiotherapy treatment sessions.
Whether it’s for general health and wellness, to recover from injury or address pain, massage therapy has so many benefits.

Registered Massage Therapists are health care professionals who have graduated from an accredited school and met the requirements of the CMTO (College of Massage Therapists of Ontario). They must continue to meet the standards of the CMTO to maintain their registration.

What does a massage treatment look like?
Before your appointment, you’ll be asked to fill out a detailed health history, and share your current concerns. Your RMT (Registered Massage Therapist) will then discuss with you what they suggest for treatment.
Treatment will take place in a private treatment room on a massage table, or our massage chair (if laying down does not work for you).
After treatment, you’ll leave with a plan for moving forward and instructions from your RMT on how to take care of yourself between appointments.
